Benefits of Going Digital

Funded by SCVO this project was part of the Digital Participation Signatory, in partnership with the Scottish Government. It aimed to support the local communities to engage with digital to expand their use of the advice services.

The aim was to give everyone the equal opportunity to build their digital skills and have a knowledge and understanding of the evolving welfare benefits system and their increasing migration online.

The project was carried out at three outreach centres including; Maryhill Hub, Milton Arc and Lambhill Stables.  Aimed at those who had digital related advice needs, such as questions about online form filling, internet navigation or would like help to get the most out of your digital devices.

Now more than ever we can all work together to empower everyone to enhance their digital skills and be able to access a new level to the advice network.

You can now access Digital Inclusion Services within the Bureau daily, ask a member of staff at reception and they will be able to direct you!
